Insource Maintenance

Insource provide maintenance on all parts of the Insource Data Academy ® suite and Microsoft FAST Radar.

There are two levels of maintenance which differ only by the contact method offered for fault logging by subscribers. Option One allows for contact by eMail whilst option Two provides telephone use.

Software maintenance is charged annually as a percentage of the current application price list. It entitles the subscriber to free upgrades, normally scheduled at one per annum. These upgrades incur no additional charges even where the price of the upgraded product is greater than originally paid. The agreement also covers any reported software issues discovered and their resolution along with support on the specified product(s).
