ISDM allows Insource to provide budgetary project pricing on a "fixed price" basis, a "time and material" basis or a combination of both, based on your requirements and the project specification.

As a result, ISDM allows for open communications at every stage of implementation ensuring the project is on track with regular check points and status reports, which minimises project risks and maintains deployment time.

Professional Services are services that are complementary to the technical aspects of building a data warehouse, and may be required within a project to varying degrees. These services include data quality, defining and building the visualisation and presentation layer, business process change and system testing. These activities tend to be more 'client side' activities, i.e. they require the side by side working along side the client in order to define and achieve the desired outcome.
