The Scope & Feasibility Study highlights technical options for consideration, together with their business and financial implications. Crucially it provides details on other factors that will influence or be influenced by the project, in order that informed decisions can be made.

In providing this foundation of understanding, information and clarity about the project, the study enables informed decisions to be made by the client as well as documenting important details such as deliverables, timescales, risks and cost implication. Finally the scope defines the boundaries of the agreed solution to allow all involved parties to be clear on the deliverables of the project.
