Structured Methodology - ISDM

The Insource Solution Delivery Methodology is a project management methodology designed specifically for the design, implementation support and ongoing evolution of a Business Intelligence solution.

This methodology will enable clients to take advantage of our experience in not only just developing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions, avoiding the pitfalls, but in a way which is highly efficient and effective. Your organisation may only build a few warehouses in its lifetime, we are building new ones constantly, endlessly evolving and refining the process and incorporating it into ISDM for you the client to benefit from.

The value of this methodology is difficult to quantify, what cost can you attribute to a delayed project, and more so a failed project, not only in terms of the actual cost, but also the cost to the business of not having the benefit from it.
