Insource Support

A great misconception of a data warehouse based business intelligence project is that it has a defined end point, usually associated with the first set of reports based on the first release of the data warehouse. We at Insource believe that this is more the start then the end and that a valuable BI solution will constantly change and evolve to continue to meet the even changing requirements of the business. In order to accommodate this we have structured 2 support offerings:

Ad hoc support, where the client engages in a fixed term, renewable contract where we are able to provide all the necessary supporting services, as deemed necessary by the client, when required by the client to assist in the evolution of their BI solution. Due to its openness the support provided can be of whatever nature the client requires form our complete portfolio of services.

Structured support is provided by our LEEP package of services. LEEP is a structured, proactive and reactive support offering where a main element of it is to anticipate and plan for change throughout the life cycle of the installation, providing for a scheduled and constantly optimised programme.

Support and maintenance are distinct and definable services in their own right. Where support is concerned with the clients specific implementation maintenance is dedicated to the software that has been used to create the deployment itself.
