Formed over 20 years ago by a team specialising in fixing data management issues, Insource has grown into a world-leading healthcare data management company, with a wealth of experience across the management team and beyond…

Our leadership team includes:

Steve Aitken,
Founder, Chairman & Acting Chief Executive Officer 

Steve has more than 30 years’ experience of designing business systems and processes to improve productivity and deliver high quality, reliable results. His engineering background and structured approach to problem solving are the inspiration and driving force behind the Insource product suite and he continues to drive the company’s strong performance.

Tim Eltze,
Chief Financial & Operating Officer

Tim is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has over 20 years of finance leadership in the software and technology sector and is responsible for the financial stability and operational management of Insource, along with the expansion strategy driving the growth of the business.

Rob Davenport,
Chief Technology Officer

 

Rob has more than 30 years’ experience of software development, product management and strategic consulting, specialising in mission-critical data solutions. He is responsible for the strategic vision, direction, and management of Insource’s technology and solutions portfolio, along with its cloud division and ongoing research and development.

Graham Bennett,
Founder & Chief Commercial Officer

Graham is a Founding Director of Insource Ltd, with over 30 years healthcare and data solutions expertise. He is currently Chief Commercial Officer, focused on driving faster time to value and continuous improvement strategies to our clients, healthcare providers and partners, through the combined expertise of our commercial teams.

Jackie Sawyer,
Founder & Director

Jackie is a founder of Insource Ltd and has been instrumental in business development across various commercial and business functions since 1994. With more than 30 years’ experience helping organisations to achieve strategic goals with technology, she has led both UK and international client projects.
She now brings that experience to support the company’s ongoing development.

Sean Reedy,
Director of Client Services

Sean brings over 16 years’ healthcare expertise covering of all aspects of business change and transformation, system and process improvement, together with programme and project management. Sean leads our client delivery teams ensuring the highest quality of technical and operational implementation of our solutions as well as exceptional levels of ongoing customer support.

Dr Rob Findlay,
Director of Strategic Solutions

Rob has worked in and around the NHS at all levels – from central government to hospitals – since 1992. He created the core Gooroo products for demand and capacity planning, elective and non-elective bed analysis, and patient scheduling, and leads on our strategic products and services for forward-looking healthcare management.
