Insource holds information about our customers and suppliers and employees of those companies who are working on their behalf. We hold this information to communicate with you as a representative of your employer regarding your company’s relationship with Insource. Your information is held as long as you are employed by your company or your company have an ongoing relationship with us. We will stop processing your data if you tell us that you no longer wish to receive marketing communications, .

Businesses we are looking to market to

We gather data from all sources such as your company website, a business directory, or a business card that you gave us when it is your role to consider products and services for your company.

When you contact Insource or a colleague gives us your details, Insource collects information that identifies you. This may include your name, job title company name, and email address etc.

Visitors to our website

We gather statistics that can relate to you, so we can see what you have been looking at and monitor your behaviour on our site.

Forms on our website

When you connect to our website by giving us your details you will change from being anonymous to being a tracked and identifiable visitor.

For what purposes are data being collected?

Insource collects, receives and processes personal data of individuals when we believe it is your role to consider products and services that may be of interest to your employer. This information is processed by Insource in accordance with legitimate interests.

Email Marketing

We use a third party provider Hubspot, to deliver our email marketing. We gather information around your activities including email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to see what you’ve been looking at; to help us monitor and improve our communications. Hubspot act as the data processor on our behalf; for more information, please see Hubspot’s Data Processing Agreement.

Forms on our website

We use Hubspot to publish our website, blog, landing pages and forms. These sites are hosted within Hubspot.

If you submit a form on our website your details are entered into Hubspot, then transferred to Dynamics 365 using a Scribe connector. By filling in a form on our website, you become identifiable and tracked through our website.

Dynamics 365

Dynamics 365 is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system provided by Microsoft and hosted in the EEA, who act as the data processor on our behalf. You can see their Data Processing Agreement here.

What happens if I don’t provide my information?

By not providing personal information you may have limited access to our website, information, products and services.

Who is the personal data going to be shared with?

We will not share your information outside of Insource or to any third party. However we may disclose information about you:

  • To the extent that we are required to do so by law
  • In connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings
  • In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk); and
  • To the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset which we are (or are contemplating) selling.

We are the data controller and will not knowingly share your data outside of the EEA unless it is required as part of your ongoing relationship with us.
